WHY DOES DELIVERY/PICKUP COST SO MUCH?

I wish I could offer free shipping! But unfortunately, I am a one-woman show and can only be so many places at once. Deliveries take away from my time to take on more clients.

Most delivery and pickups take up a full two days of work. Between packing items for delivery, driving to set up, onsite install & cleaning, driving home and finally driving back to the venue to breakdown items at midnight or the next morning all adds up to a long weekend. I strive to stay within 1 hour of my home (as this adds up to 4 hours of driving time total), but am willing to drive further for larger orders or if hotel accommodations can be made!

You are more than welcome to arrange your own courier service, just know that the contract signee is still responsible for any lost or damaged items.

HOW LONG DO I NEED TO BOOK A WEDDING?

Timelines depend on the size, quantity, and complexity of your order. Turnaround time is also based on how booked I am. Wedding rental orders are typically booked out no later than 2 months in advance, although booking a year ahead of time is fine too!

If you are in a rush or have a strict deadline I can see if we can accommodate a rushed job. A rush fee (typically 20%) will be included as these jobs often include overtime work.

I HAVE MY OWN MIRROR. CAN YOU LETTER IT FOR ME?

I am happy to letter on your sign at a 15% discounted rate. This offer does not apply to seating charts as they are so time consuming. I use vinyl lettering which means it can be easily removed with a little elbow grease after your event it over!
