CONSULT CALL

I offer a free phone consultation to better understand your vision and answer all your questions about the rental process.

CLIENT PORTAL

After our phone call, I will set you up with a client portal. This is where your proposal, invoice, contract, & design suite will live. At this time you can look over your estimate and contract details.

DEPOSIT & CONTRACT

Once you look over your invoice & contract you can place a 30% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. Your remainder balance is due 30 days prior to any items being delivered or picked up.

DESIGN PROCESS

I will send you a questionnaire where you can make specific design requests. Then comes the fun part! - your design suite. We will make revisions until everything is perfect!

We will deliver and stage all items before guests arrival. We will return the same night or following morning to collect your items.

INVESTMENT

Signage packages begin at a $4,250 minimum investment, excluding delivery costs and sales tax. Most couples spend between $7,000 and $9,000 on signage and day-of delivery, which includes setup and breakdown. Each package is unique to you!

Pricing depends on the wedding location, guest count, quantity of items, scale of materials, and delivery time. When inquiring, please share your budget, and I can suggest a day-of package that fits your needs.
