It is usually faster for everyone if we talk about your details over the phone. Feel free to send me inspiration before your phone call! I offer a free phone consultation to answer all your questions and talk about your big day.
No. 3 CLIENT PORTAL
After our phone call, I will set you up with a client portal. This is where your invoice, contract, questionnaire, & design proposals will live. At this time you can look over your estimate and contract details.
No. 4 DEPOSIT & CONTRACT
Once you look over your invoice & contract you can place a 30% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. The deposit begins the design process! I will upload a detailed questionnaire for you to fill out to let me know the specifics.
Your remainder balance is due 30 days prior to any items being delivered or picked up.
No. 5 QUESTIONNAIRE & DESIGN PROOFS
Once your questionnaire is complete I will get to work on your designs. I will upload your design proofs for approval. I allow a free round of revisions so everything is perfect!
No. 6 DELIVERY OR PICKUP
If I am delivering your day of items I require a time of arrival and a point of contact person. I will return the following day to pick up items. Same night pickup may incur an additional fee.
If opting for local pickup & drop offs in Central MA. Pickups are typically 2 days before your wedding date. Items must be returned within 2 days after your wedding.

As much as I adore painted back acrylic signs, the large volume of colors requested was leading to more waste than I could feel positive about, which is why I offer only a small collection of colors for rent. See color chart above for reference.
These rental signs are painted in a ‘brushed corners’ style (pictured to the right) and are available in small, medium, and large sizes!
If you desire a different color I am happy to make it for you. This results in a 25% markup on the rental pricing! I recommend mixing the rental inventory with a keepsake welcome or signature cocktail sign (for example) in the painted acrylic style so you can still have them at your event. That way the your rental signs can be returned and reused for more love stories and you get to keep a memento from your wedding.

INVESTMENT
In-season rental signage packages begin at $3000, not including delivery. Custom builds incur an extra cost. In-season weddings are dates from March to November (except for Holiday & New Year’s Eve dates, which are considered In-season dates).
Most couples spend around $3000-4000 on signage, day of delivery, set up, and breakdown. Each package is unique to you! Pricing is dependent upon the location of the wedding, the total number of guests, items, and materials desired, and the time spent delivering; ie securing, touching up, and cleaning for display. When inquiring, please let me know your budget and I can make suggestions as to your day of package.

DELIVERY
Delivery, setup, and next-day breakdown are calculated by mileage to and from your event. I typically strive to stay within 1 hour of the zip code 01453, as this equates to 4 hours of drive time total. If further distances are requested, overnight accommodations may need to be made at an additional cost. Also, if your venue does not allow safe overnight storage of your rental items an additional late-night pickup fee will be added.
If you would like to pickup 2 days before your event and 2 days after, please let me know. Some mirrors are marked as delivery only due to their cost or antique nature. Please inquire with me!
